Because we offer preorder items, production timelines and delivery windows may vary.

SECTION 3 – PREORDERS & ORDERS

By placing an order or preorder, you make an offer to purchase a product. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion.
Payment is required at checkout. Preorders are made-to-order items and begin production only after payment is completed.

Please review your order carefully before submitting. We cannot guarantee cancellations or changes after checkout.

Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

All items are for personal use and not for resale.

SECTION 4 – PRICING & BILLING

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without prior notice.
Taxes, shipping costs, and fees (if applicable) will be added at checkout.
You agree to provide valid and current payment information, and authorize us to charge the full order amount.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed, especially for preorder items.
Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, risk of loss transfers to you.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or any external factors.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS & REFUNDS

All sales are final.
Because our preorder items are made specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Exceptions are only made if:

  • the product arrives damaged during transit, or

  • we ship the incorrect size or item

To qualify, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, branding, photos, logos, graphics, and content on the Services are owned by j.q and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our written permission.

SECTION 8 – PROHIBITED USES
