Shipping policy

All j.q products are made-to-order. Because each piece is handcrafted during our preorder cycle, please allow 3–5 weeks for production before your item ships. Once your order has been fulfilled and handed to the carrier, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that production or transit times may be extended due to high order volume, material delays, customs inspections, severe weather, or carrier-related issues. These situations are rare but possible. j.q is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control. Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, delivery timelines are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
